In general, I consider All Sales Final. If for whatever reason you're not enamored with the artwork you ordered, please contact me first to discuss it. If authorized by me, returns must be shipped in the original crate/packaging at your expense within 14 days of the original delivery date to the address on the order. If the artwork arrives back to me in good original condition, I'll be happy to help you find another piece of artwork for equal or lesser value with shipping costs at your expense. Sorry, no cash, credit, or adjustments will be refunded.
